Christopher Malek is one of Australia's leading international concert pianists, renowned for his virtuosic performances of romantic composers like Chopin and Liszt. He has over 25 years of teaching experience and continues the grand tradition of the golden age of piano.

He graduated with the highest distinction from Z. Brzewski State Music High School in Warsaw and studied with renowned teachers at prestigious institutions such as the Chopin Academy of Music, the Vancouver Academy of Music, and the Australian Institute of Music. Christopher has also participated in masterclasses with world-class pedagogues, including Victor Merzhanov and Oxana Yablonskaya.

A prize-winner of numerous national and international competitions, Christopher's accolades include First Prize and Gold Medal at the Chopin Competition in Sydney. His performances have taken him to over 30 countries, and he has made numerous recordings for radio and television. He also portrayed Frederic Chopin in a film about the composer.

In 2011, he received an honorary Diploma from the Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage for his contributions during the International Chopin Year 2010. In 2019, Christopher received the highest civilian order of his city and was awarded by the president the title of 'Cultural Ambassador' during a special ceremony after his recital.
In 2024, he was invited to perform in China, with a TV performance broadcasted to over a billion viewers.​​​​
