Paul started learning piano at the age of 5 and later graduated with a Bachelor of Music and Music Education with Honours from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). His passion for music education led him to teach at Wenona Girls School, where he worked with students from Kindergarten to Year 12.

Seeking to deepen his expertise, Paul pursued a Graduate Diploma in Music Technology at Griffith University in Brisbane. This experience enriched his understanding of sound engineering, production, composition, and arrangement, complementing his strong educational foundation.

Throughout his academic and professional life, Paul has been actively involved in piano teaching, preparing students for both AMEB exams and personal enjoyment. He believes in a holistic approach to music education, where theory, performance, history, and meaning are all crucial. For Paul, music is more than a subject - it's a lifelong gift that brings joy, purpose, and enrichment, a philosophy he enthusiastically imparts to his students. His commitment to providing high-quality musical education has made him a respected figure in his field.
